Choose from a variety of locally milled organic crusts:

organic french: traditional white

organic garlic rosemary: rustic white with fresh rosemary and roasted garlic  ($1.00 extra for 14"/ $1.50 extra for 16")

organic spelt: whole grain wheat free ($2 extra for 14"/$3 extra for 16")

gluten-free: a tasty gluten/wheat free alternative:  $4 extra

salads/appetizers

garden salad: small $3.25/large $6.50 (comes with organic greens, onions, tomatoes, carrots.  add more toppings for a meal!) Dressings include house made Green Goddess Dressing, Honey Mustard, Natural Caesar, Thousand Island, and Annie's Cowgirl Ranch, Goddess, Shiitake Mushroom or Balsamic Vinaigrette.

greek salad: small $4.50/Large $8.50 (comes with organic greens, onions, tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese with a Greek olive dressing.)

chicken caesar salad: Small $5.00/Large $9.50 (comes with Romaine lettuce, our chilled oven roasted chicken with our special herb blend, croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese with our delicious Caesar dressing on the side.)

Caprese Salad (Seasonal Only): $5.00 (Fresh sliced mozzarella, ripe tomato, thinly sliced red onion topped with fresh basil and a balsamic vinaigrette - perfect for a hot summer day.)

To any salad add: Veggies $0.75, Cheese $1.25, Meat $1.75

Stuffed Portobello Mushroom - a Portobello mushroom brushed with olive oil & garlic and then stuffed with either our roasted veggie blend, tomatoes and feta cheese or Blue Cheese and roasted walnuts and then baked. Served on a bed of organic greens. $6.99

breadsticks: french dough bread seasoned with olive oil and parmesan cheese.  $4.00 ($.75 for side of marinara, pesto or pizza sauce)

cheese breadsticks: same as above but with mozzarella added. $5.25

garlic bread: 24 inches of delicious fresh bread toasted in the oven with garlic butter and parmesan cheese.  $3.50  (12 inch available by request for $2.25)

empanada: tomato sauce, roasted chicken, pineapple, tomatoes, spicy cilantro salsa, mozzarella. $17/$19

Garden Veggie Pizza - Organic tomato sauce, organic spinach, tomatoes, red onions, green peppers, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.  $18/$20

mediterranean: basil pesto, tomatoes, roasted garlic, kalamata olives, red onions, feta cheese, mozzarella. $18/$20
